My family and I have been using this pharmacy for years since we moved to Lakeside. The staff and pharmacists are absolutely amazing ! Best pharmacy around ! Family owned and operated! Never have had an issue. We love coming to get our medication here it’s always so nice 😌 Raj and his people are always doing community events and we love seeing them ! Here is a photo from Halloween on main st 2023 ❤️

I prefer to do business with local owned businesses when possible. I was getting very frustrated with Walgreens and my doctor suggested that I switch to Leo's. I tried, i really did. This is not written with malice, just frustration. After almost a year they still cant get a simple prescription right. I am signed up for auto refill but it is hit and miss, mostly miss. EDIT: Two months later, even worse! Just called about an autofill, was told they didnt fill it because the prescription expired 6 weeks ago! They did nothing! Seriously? The young woman i talked to just said she would call the doctor, no apology, no sense of urgency, no solution to the possibility i might be out of insulin for the holiday. At least Walgreens would have offered me a bottle to make sure I was covered. Walgreens is starting to look better again.

My son just got his Covid booster here, they were great with him! When making the appointment I emailed with a question about the boosters and Raj emailed me right back! Today my son ran late for his appointment and they took him without any problem and again replied to my email promptly. My husband took my son and said everyone working at the pharmacy was very kind and helpful!

I live down the street, my husband and I had our booster shots here. They were quick and thorough. The staff was amazing, the nurse was so gentle. He made sure to give us all the information about symptoms etc. and they even followed up with a call to thank us for our business. Wonderful business.

It is great pharmacy for walk in Covid-19 booster shots. Walked in and out within 7 minutes and the pharmacist Raj was very helpful and kind. I will recommend to all my American friends! Such an amazing experience of genuine care. I am from India visiting here, I entered this place with with so much hesitation, but they made me feel so comfortable and helped me patiently with all my questions and confusions. I have been here since four months and visited some pharmacies for various services but their customer service skills was really suck & surprisingly awful. This place beats them all. Thank you so much Pharmacist Raj and lady beside him.
